How I work
A note from Emad
A mobile app is rarely just an app. It needs an API, an admin panel, push notifications, and someone who knows how to get it through App Store review. I build all of it. For the TWG Platform I delivered separate Staff and Client apps on both stores, including Apple's unlisted distribution for the internal staff app. Other work includes site-access apps with QR and biometric checks, field apps with maps, a finance app on Google Play and casual games.

Pricing & timelines
Apps are scoped and quoted per milestone: design and flows, app and API build, store release. Store developer accounts are created in your name. After launch, updates and maintenance can continue on a monthly retainer.

Is Flutter good enough for a production app?
Yes. For business apps, dashboards, booking, commerce and internal tools, users can't tell a well-built Flutter app from a native one. Native still makes sense for apps built around AR or very specialized hardware.
Can you publish an app that's only for our staff?
Yes. Apple offers unlisted distribution for apps meant for a specific audience. I've taken a staff app through this process after an initial Guideline 3.2 rejection. Google Play supports private and closed testing tracks.
Do you build the backend too?
Yes. I build the API and admin panel in Laravel or Node.js, so the app, backend and dashboard are designed together.
How long does a mobile app take?
A focused first version with a backend usually takes 8 to 14 weeks depending on features. The scoping call gives a realistic timeline for your app.
Who owns the App Store and Play Store accounts?
You do. Accounts are created in your company's name and I'm added as a developer.
