AI Automation & AI Agents

AI automation that takes repetitive work off your team

I build AI agents and automations on Claude and OpenAI that answer email, reply on WhatsApp and social media, capture leads and handle routine operations, with a person approving anything that matters.

How I work

A note from Emad

Most teams I talk to don't need "an AI strategy". They need the same twenty emails answered faster, orders copied out of chat automatically, and someone to stop spending Friday afternoon building a report by hand. That's the work I do. I connect AI models to the inboxes, chats, spreadsheets and systems you already use, and I design every automation around one question: what may the AI do on its own, and what needs a person's yes?

Is this you?

Sound familiar?

  • Your inbox or support queue is full of the same questions every day
  • Leads wait hours for a reply and go cold
  • Staff copy data between chat, email, spreadsheets and your system
  • Posting on social media consistently takes more time than you have
  • You want AI features in your product but don't know where to start
What I deliver

AI email & support agents

Read, sort and draft replies from your own help docs, price list and order data. Routine answers go out automatically, sensitive ones wait for approval.

Website AI chatbots (RAG)

A chatbot that answers from your own website and documents, cites its sources, and hands visitors to a person when it isn't sure.

WhatsApp automation

Order and delivery updates, AI replies to common questions and order capture, using the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Social media agents

Content plans, post drafts, images and comment replies, with one-tap approval on Telegram or email.

AI features in your app

Summaries, smart search, classification and natural-language reports added to existing Laravel or Node.js apps, running in background queues with cost tracking.

Workflow automation

n8n or Make for connecting tools quickly, custom code for the core. Often both, each where it fits best.

MCP servers

Connect your product or internal tools to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol, so you aren't locked into one AI vendor.

How we'll work together

Clear scope, weekly progress you can see, and your code in your own repository.

  1. Map the workflow

We walk through what happens today, step by step, and measure how many hours it takes each month.

  2. Draft-only first

The AI suggests, a person sends. We tune tone, rules and data until the drafts are consistently right.

  3. Automate the safe parts

Routine actions switch to automatic. Money, complaints and anything sensitive stay on approval.

  4. Measure and expand

A simple report shows what was handled and the time saved, then we decide what to automate next.

Pricing & timelines

Every project starts with a free 30-minute call and a short written scope. Defined automations are quoted as a fixed price per milestone. Ongoing improvement and support can run on a monthly retainer. AI model usage is billed by the provider directly to your account, so you always see exactly what it costs, and I set spending limits from day one.

FAQ

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Ask me directly. I usually reply within 24 hours.

What tasks can AI automation handle for a small business?

Answering repeated customer questions by email, chat or WhatsApp, sorting and routing messages, capturing orders and leads into your system, drafting social media posts, summarizing documents and building routine reports. It works best on repetitive tasks where the answers already exist in writing.

Will the AI send messages to customers without my approval?

Only if you want it to. I set every action to one of three modes: automatic, ask first, or never. Most clients start with everything on ask-first and move routine replies to automatic once they trust the results.

Which AI model do you use, ChatGPT or Claude?

Whichever fits the task. I often use a small, inexpensive model for classification and a stronger model for text customers read. Everything sits behind one interface in the code, so switching providers later doesn't mean a rewrite.

Can you add AI to the software we already have?

Yes. I add AI features to existing Laravel, Node.js and PHP applications, and connect to tools like Gmail, Shopify, Google Sheets, CRMs and WhatsApp without replacing them.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

By grounding it in your own data, instructing it to answer only from that data, having it say 'I don't know' when the information isn't there, and routing those cases to a person. I also review real conversations during the first weeks.

How long does an AI automation project take?

A focused first automation, such as an email agent in draft-only mode, usually takes a few weeks including testing with your real data. Larger multi-system projects are planned in milestones after the scoping call.
